A solemn ceremony of the prize awarding in the sphere of commercial real estate “Сommercial Real Estate Awards, 2008” took place April 16, 2008 in Expocenter, at Krasnaya Presnya. Borodino Business-Hotel has become the winner in «Hotel Real Estate» nomination as the best facility in its category that meets modern requirements in commercial real estate development. Professional Association gave the highest estimation to the first development project of Borodino Group of Companies. 

Three facilities have been struggling for the prize in Hotel Real Estate nomination: Assambleya Nikitskaya, Crown Plaza Moscow World Trade Centre and Borodino Business-Hotel. All the real estate facilities that took part in this Award have undergone a thorough selection process on the basis of a single for everyone procedure. The representatives of Borodino Business-Hotel applied for the participation in the Award in advance and submitted all the necessary presentation information on the facility; further, the application was given for consideration to the expert panel of the Award for nominates selection via on-linе voting.
The judges’ panel consists of leading experts and specialists that possess many years’ experience and wide knowledge in this sphere. The selection of nominates with regard to the categories of real estate has been carried out through closed individual voting of judges panel following the presentation specially performed for them. The nominates have been estimated on the basis of several parameters: location, unique character of technical solutions, architectural peculiarities of the building, management, development perspectives. Pursuant to the results of the expert judges voting, the Award winner, the holder of the Certificate and of the official prize that symbolizes “golden contribution” to the building foundation and construction has become Borodino Business-Hotel. The winners of the voting are named only during “Commercial Real Estate Awards” ceremony.
Awarding Ceremony and Gala-Dinner – honoring of the Award winners, is one of the most anticipated events in the commercial real estate industry. At the same time it is also a summing-up of the previous year work and a social event where professionals can communicate having non-official atmosphere. The managing director of Borodino Business-Hotel Ms. Elena Kuryleva has been at the ceremony and was given an official prize of the Award – Golden Brick, which has the similar dimensions and contours of a construction brick, is made of brass, polished and covered with 24 karat gold. Every such Golden Brick is a masterpiece meant especially for the Award winner.

The official opening ceremony of the Borodino Business-Hotel took place June 27. For the Construction division of the Borodino Group of Companies this is the first implemented project of hotel and business centre construction. Modern Business-Hotel “Borodino” that meets all the European standards of 4 star category, can accommodate up to 400 guests and provide with the high level service.
